Say... "Rising Tide!" This St. Augustine-based photography studio appealed for a crisp, clean style on their ocean-inspired marque.

BryanWiz.com, LLC - Bryan G.

Based in St. Augustine, FL, this photography studio began as a hobby for owners Linsey and Tim. After receiving numerous compliments on Facebook, they decided to begin sharing their talents with North Florida. They specialize in photographing athletes, children, events and more.

Provided the ocean-inspired name, I developed a set of logos for the start-up studio. Then, I worked closely with the couple in designing mini business cards. Sized at 1″ x 2.75″ (or about 2/3 the size of a normal business card), the mini business cards are attention-grabbers because of their unique size and simplicity.

A CMS-driven website is current under development, too. Of which, I’m integrating the photo sharing/selling platform SmugMug. Look for the website in Summer 2012.

Less than a year after learning the Lewis and Clark Marathon would be leaving the St. Charles area, running enthusiasts discovered a new, exciting race to look forward to: the MO’ Cowbell Half Marathon!

Organized by Partners for Progress of Greater St. Charles with the assistance of Big River Running Company, the MO’ Cowbell race was the first local half marathon committed to staying exclusively in St. Charles County.

Through a relationship with Partners for Progress, I was contracted in June 2011 to design and develop the race website. The CMS-driven site features social media integration, revolving content, a burgeoning discussion area, and the ability to expand as the race grows.

Measurable results: More than 1,500 runners and 200 volunteers took part in the innagural MO’ Cowbell Half Marathon. In three months, more than 33,500 website visits were logged and 750 “liked” the race on Facebook.

Check out the race at mocowbellrun.com!

The human mind makes a first impression in a near instant—7 to 17 seconds, to be exact. Therefore, the old adage ‘Dress for the job you want,’ applies to businesses, too.

Offering a wide range of electrical services, Hunter Electric sought an image that fit the company’s diverse expertise and offerings. I was commissioned to redesign the logo and business cards, with plans to construct a website and other items in the near future.

I helped them reach the finish line.

BryanWiz.com, LLC - Bryan G. Wieczorek: St. Louis-based Designer & Front-end Website Developer

On the way to the 2010 Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Mike and Dave had an idea: what if they could make running and giving extend past just races? By the time the track meet ended, Janji was born. By uniting the running community, Janji believes they can raise awareness and fund relief for the global food and water crisis—a crisis that affects nearly 2 billion people around the world.

With a nationwide launch in March 2012, Janji will introduce unique running apparel and gear at dozens of outlets throughout the U.S. The designs are inspired by the very countries the company hopes to impact—Haiti, Kenya, Ethiopia and others. A portion of all proceeds benefit charities like Water.org.

Below are images of the new Janji website, which I’ve built on OpenCart eCommerce software. The website seamlessly integrates their merchandise and mission, allowing them to focus on their ultimate goal-helping others.

The litigation attorneys at The Law Firm of Michael T. George, P.C., excel in wills, trusts and personal injury suits; therefore, it’s understandable they know little about maintaining a website.

Like many business owners, the firm found a service that specialized in websites for their industry—legal services. Often, these developers charge high, ongoing fees and insist on contracts, both of which are highly unnecessary. Within a few weeks, I crafted a new, content-driven site that allows the firm to make minor changes and revisions without the aide of a web developer.

With more than 155 years of luxurious history near Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, The Tremont Grand caters to guests of all walks of life. The Tremont Grand’s Grand Weddings was developed as a 30-page marketing piece to attract those seeking a wedding or event space in Baltimore, Maryland.

Upon beginning the first draft, I spoke with The Tremont Grand’s Food & Beverage Director to determine management’s goals: they wanted something accessible and elegant; yet, the focus needed to remain on the impressive array of offerings. Subtle elements from a past project for Tug’s, an upscale restaurant owned by The Tremont Grand, were borrowed to help tie together the theme.
